I do not currently accept insurance. I do offer a sliding scale for those that qualify.

What are your fees?

I charge $175 for a 50-minute session and $200 for couple’s therapy.

What if I don’t have any developmental trauma?

It is my informed belief that most mental and physical health symptoms, that show up in adulthood, stem from a disconnection from Self that begins early on in childhood. If you have mental health symptoms, you probably have unmet childhood needs that have followed you into adulthood. One does not need to have endured physical/sexual abuse or extreme neglect to have developmental trauma. Due to the fast paced and disconnected nature of our modern society, most parents are not able to meet the developmental needs of their children, thus creating a society of adult children.

What are your qualifications?

I have a BS in Counseling Psychology and earned my MSW from San Jose State in 2014. I have a certificate in Addiction Counseling, and I completed the Compassionate Inquiry yearlong professional training program in 2023. I am licensed through the Board of Behavioral Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker #85142 and have worked in the helping profession since 2009. I have also spent the last 17 years on my own healing journey, learning to reclaim myself from the bondage of my childhood and its resulting consequences. I don’t ask anyone to go where I haven’t gone, and have a profound ability to hold space, and the pain of others, because I have learned how to hold my own.
